Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Institute Of Stock Market Training we are committed to delivering high-quality trading education and mentorship. Since our courses and mentorship programs provide immediate access to valuable content, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases.


2. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • All payments made for online and offline courses mentorship programs, and webinars are final and non-refundable.
  • Once you enroll in any of our programs, you gain access to proprietary educational content, making refunds or cancellations impractical.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled live webinar or offline session, you may request access to the next available batch, subject to availability.
  • For offline training sessions, rescheduling is allowed once, provided we receive at least 7 days’ notice prior to the session date.
  • Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the enrollment fee.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, participants may request rescheduling. Such requests must be accompanied by valid proof and are subject to approval.


5. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a technical issue from our end prevents you from accessing a paid online course, and the issue is not resolved within 7 business days.
  • If an offline session is cancelled by us, and an alternative session is not offered within 30 days.
